koki Platform Privacy Notice

This page describes what we collect when you use koki and how we keep that data protected. We recognise your privacy as a core concern, and we design our data practices to reflect that responsibility. Whether you access koki on Android, iOS, or web browsers to view Liga 1 fixtures, engage with our live-dealer tables, or fund your account via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment, your personal information remains secure and used only as described here.

Our approach to privacy on koki is straightforward: we collect only what we need to operate the platform, verify your identity, process payments, and comply with local law. We do not sell your data to marketers, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties. Any processor we work with—payment gateways, cloud hosts, customer support systems—operates under strict confidentiality agreements.

The following sections outline our specific practices, your rights, and how to contact us with privacy concerns.

What Data We Collect on koki

Account registration and identity verification

When you register for a koki account, we collect your email address, phone number, and a chosen password. To comply with anti-money-laundering regulations and prevent fraud, we require identity verification (KYC) before you can deposit funds. This involves uploading a government-issued ID—passport, driving license, or national ID card—and confirming your name and date of birth match official records.

We store these documents securely on encrypted servers. Our verification team reviews them internally; we do not share them with external verification vendors unless strictly necessary for compliance. After verification is complete, you can delete the uploaded ID from your account history at any time in Settings → Account → Documents, though we retain a record internally for regulatory reasons.

Transaction and payment data

We collect details of every deposit and withdrawal: the amount, payment method (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or bank transfer via e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment), timestamp, and status. We do not store your full payment card or bank account numbers—payment processors handle that encryption. We retain only the last four digits of your card or account reference, sufficient to identify the transaction and process refunds if needed.

These transaction records are essential for:

  • Reconciling your account balance
  • Detecting fraud or suspicious patterns
  • Responding to disputes or chargebacks
  • Complying with tax and financial reporting obligations

Gameplay and session data

We collect logs of your sessions: which live-dealer table you joined, when you logged in and out, your bets (if applicable), and final outcomes. This data helps us:

  • Detect cheating or abuse of our platform
  • Troubleshoot technical issues you report
  • Improve our live-dealer studios and game performance
  • Comply with gambling regulation in jurisdictions where koki operates

We do not use this data to profile your behaviour for marketing or targeted advertising. Session logs are stored for a retention period (typically 3–7 years, depending on local law and the type of log), then securely deleted.

Device and technical information

When you use koki on Android, iOS, or web, we collect your device type, operating system version, IP address, and browser information. This helps us optimise the koki app for your device and detect security issues. If you experience a crash or performance problem, our technical team uses this data to investigate and fix it.

Support and communication data

We retain all Live Chat messages, email communications, and support tickets you send to koki. These are stored to resolve your issue, maintain a record of your requests, and improve our support team's responsiveness. If you contact us about a payment dispute or account concern, we keep that conversation for at least 2–3 years to defend against chargebacks or complaints.
